No error codes stored on the unit. Ran through recalibration and auto test. Checked high speed spin. Machine is level and stable. Talked about loading and cycle setting. Machine has balance sensor so if cant find a good spot to spin then may shut off without conpleting the spin. Customer will try some loads after the recalibration and see how it goes.

Nate did a great job diagnosing and resolving the issue with our oven. The only gripe I can think of is the high cost of the replacement part, which he politely explained is due to the low supply of parts for ovens as old as ours. But overall, it was a very good experience!
