Customer unplugged washer drain motor running. Found code for off balance load. Customer stated off balance wet load was last load ran. Canceled out and cleared code. Checked under washer no signs of leaking. Pressure hose secure no blockages. Tested operation all test good. Talked about needing to cancel out cycle after unbalanced load occurred. Also mentioned that often times will seem like you have to hold down button for longer than 3 seconds stated on panel. All test good no leaks

Found warmer than usual temps. Checked evap. Found restricted evap. Needs ss repair. Advised cust. Cust replacing unit.

Found machine not installed properly. There wasnt a drain hose installed. Customer didnt have the hose but plans on calling the install company to see if they have it. If she cant get one from the installation company then she will call us to order a new one.

Found bad motor. Replaced with truck stock. Tested machine; used 1 279827 (Motor) from stock
