"Checked over unit found stored f7e3 error basket engagement fault, generally issue is with shifter did find reason for capacitor and shield being damaged capacitor from it slipping out of its screw hole and shield missing replaced both parts added larger 5/16 screw to capacitor so it doesnt slip again replaced shifter as well did not see any damage or issue with harness, tested unit in diagnostics working properly no error codes ran a quick wash no issue all checks good; used 1 W11573574 (Screw) from stock"

Customer opened door to tell us they called and canceled issue worked itself out with a breaker reset

"Replaced both boards. Unit would not run calibration or diagnostic cycle. Called Techline (24215561) and they advised replacing lid lock. Replaced lid latch and unit was able to enter calibration but failed to complete giving F7E3 error code. Unit needs lower harness (W11782104), actuator (W11481722), capacitor (W11395618), pulley shield (W11778479) and screws (W11573574). Harness is oos, office will follow up with scheduling.; ordrng 1 W11782104 (Lower harness) and 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) and 1 W11481722 (Actuator) and 1 W11778479 (Pulley cover) and 2 W11573574 (Screw)s"

Customer states lid not locking washer not starting found door lock not actuating replaced from truck stock tested unit new lock working properly ; used 1 W10404050 (Lid lock) from stock

"Customer states dryer not running tested unit found motor just hums, held door switch and gave drum a push start dryer started running normally, bad motor start winding also noticed excessive heat during this test, ran unit on air only for a few minutes still very warm in unit pulled dryer out checked element not grounded all connections secure, replaced motor tested unit again air dry working no heat and dryer working properly, all checks good ; used 1 279827 (Motor) from stock"

"23129639Customer states washer over filled and flooded floor, turned water on no immediate leak or water pouring into drum so not an open valve issue tested unit on normal low fill it filled a regular amount and stopped accordingly, tried a max fill unit filled about a third of the drum then advanced to washing, tried this a few times with different cycles and water temps unit filled normally every time, called techline to document with them because washer is not acting up at all"

"Soent 1 hour steam thawing the ice build up in the ice bin. Replaced the IM and water valve. Tests good, with no leaks after dispensing water and filling the IM. Advised to allow 24-48 hours for the IMto get cold enough,d enough to start making ice."

Ms pic.The icemaker is overfilling and ice is freezing together in the bin. Unable to open the bin unlesss it is steam thawed. Neds icemaker and dual inlet water valve WPW10312696. Return for 2 time slots on Monday 3-30-26.; ordrng 1 Wpw1032696 (2 solenoid inlet valve) and 1 Wpw10300024 (Icemaker)

"Customer states washer making banging noise checked around washer didnt see anything off suspension is good drum doesnt have play in tub no errors in system ran diagnostics got no noise, checked under unit only thing I found was a bit of plastic dust of splutch and gearcase shaft but doesnt look to be anywhere near enough to cause a noise issue, reassembled and spoke to customer more about timing of issue amd found theyre hearing water hammer during the fill turned off water and removed water lines to get water out of Ana hammers reinstalled water lines and tested unit no water hammer noise seems Ana hammers were just water logged"

"Customer states dryer not drying found dryer is heating but no airflow on airflow meter, tried to check exhaust from outside of house seems dryer must exit roof as I cannot locate dryer vent on outside of house and customer doesnt know where it is either, disconnected venting to verify dryer blower working and it is customer needs vent serviced"
