"Tested burners, front left and front right take a while to ignite. Removed the burner heads and cleaned up some mold imperfections. Tested again, lighting better. Showed customer that if the knob is turned slow it ignites easier and more consistently. If issues return please preorder burner head(W11344539)"

Installed comp. Pulled vac and held. Charged with 44g r600. Unit cooling.

Found unit has inefficient comp. Ordering part. ; ordrng 1 W11574734 (Comp)

"Found machine with too much underneath oven ( in drawer). Removed some of the items and tested machine, lighting on first spark. Tested machine 4 more times, lighting perfectly each time. Explained to customer cause of issue and collected service call fee."

Harness sent for large oven correct for blue connector but missing comm harness in bundle. Removed comm harness from original harness and added to new harness. Installed harness and reassembled unit. Leveled for cust. Tested machine. ; used 1 SHip (Ship) from stock
