"Maintenance states dryer runs for about 15 minutes before it shuts down and wont start again, no errors in system and maintenance replaced control board thinking that was the issue, tested airflow is good, checked exhaust temps out of dryer consistently getting 151 Fahrenheit peak out back of dryer which is well within spec dryer not overheating but motor is quoted motor manager approved estimate ordering motor; ordrng 1 W11234001 (Motor) and 1 Ship (Shipping) and 1 Shiptotech (Ship to tech)"

Customer states she had a load where washer was banging around she only had the one load then called checked over unit didnt see any issues no errors in system ran auto test everything sounds fine talked to customer about load in washer found unit was under loaded with one large towel and some smaller hand towels which will almost always go out of balance talked to customer about load sizing and a minimum amount to wash so a load isnt too small all checks good with washer

"Ms pic. Customer Replaced the dual water valve. Still not working.The Freezer temperature on arrival was 2 degrees. The wires to the door are good at the lower hinge and the water reservoir is not frozen. Removed the water filter and there is now water to the dispenser and icemaker. Showed the customers adult child how to self test this style icemaker. There is currently no leaking from the filter housing assembly. The manufacturer recommended EDR1RXD1 water filter lists at $87.99 through us. If he has another filter similar to the one removed, he could use that or purchase another filter.; O-emld tckt"

"Replaced motor and ended up needing belt as well, old belt was not gripping new motor pulley and spinning the drum would not spin motor or blower wheel, after replacing parts tested unit drum is spinning fine all checks good at time of service also ticket has two motors on it for some reason?
