Although it was disappointing to need repairs on a new appliance, Dave and Twin City Appliance rectified the situation in an extremely timely manner. Communication and professionalism made what would typically be a nuisance into an appreciative situation. Dave is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced ensuring everything was in order and tended to each step of the way. I really appreciate how this was handled and would not hesitate to use services again in the future.
