"Ms picRan service diagnostics so,I was able to conect with Bluetooth. There wer no error codes. Called oTL and we could not see the customers router on my iPhone. Whirlpool5Techline be,icees the unit is not receiving a singnal form their router and that all is fine with the refrigerator.Customer has a a google nest Wi-Fi package. If they are unable to boost the signal or reposition the router in a more favorable position, then TL said we could order the wi-fi bosrds, but that they should at least try repositioning the router to see if that makes a difference."

"Customer states tripping issue happened right after I left, let unit run for a while no issue, opened door to check unit breaker tripped when door was opened, customer reset breaker closed door breaker tripped when door closed, opened door panel no signs of issue with door switch but based on how trip is happening that is mostly likely if not a harness or control issue, customer paid pick up fee to have me go get part same day got part from Dey installed still have unit tripping when door is closed or opened, removed new switch reinstalled old switch customer does not want to continue with repairs gave refund for today"
