"When customer is using dispenser for water or when icemaker fill there is a very loud vibration noise coming from back of unit.Also customer has noticed frost in freezer on the left side & water pooling on top of freezer door gasket.Vibration from rear of unit is caused by dual water valve solenoid.Frost in FC is caused by left side track gear being off by a tooth. Which has caused door gasket to not fully seal to frame.Water on top of FC door gasket is caused by air escaping behind gasket and moisture build up on gasket.Adjusted track gear so now door is closing and sealing properly. Used seal under freezer door gasket to resolve moisture build up issue.Will need to order water valve & return for install. ; ordrng 1 W11548535 (Dual valve.), used 2 W11159728 (Gasket.) from stock"

"A couple of weeks ago customer had experienced low baking temps in 30 oven, she had adjusted temp through setting for better performance & after another bake cycle the food had gotten done quicker, customer shut off and left. When she came back the house smelled like burning electrical & said some fan was running so she shut off at breaker.Pulled unit out & inspected terminals & parts of harness that were visible but found nothing other than some car marks from previous issue in 2017. In diagnostics can see a f6e0 communications code stored in history.Removed kick both controls and immediately smelled burning. Harness for both controls look good visually. "In diagnostics test 3 the freezer evaporator fan is making a noise at start Up and intermittently thereafter. The frost pattern indicated the freezer drawer may have been left open, or there could be a microwave leak between the gasket and the cabinet.I heat treated the gasket and found SP W11610345 addresses a noise too. I repositioned the Capillary tubing as described. Also advised the customer not put anything thick inside the pizza bin area."

Installed new control. Tested unit got code f6e4 for float switch open checked float switch and switch is good. Unit did not fill with water just started cycle Hit cancel to drain unit and pump would not turn on. Drain pump took out fuse on new board. Will need another control and drain pump. Office order parts rescheduled for wed 3/31 ; ordrng 1 W11225084 (Control. Main) and 1 WPW10348269 (Drain pump)

Unit is getting 120 at power source and 120 into board but control is not sending power to rest of unit. Office order main control rescheduled for tue 3/23. ; ordrng 1 W11225084 (Control elec)
