"Replaced both parts. Tested all buttons and ran through diagnostics cycle, completed cycle with no issues."

Install sump ran test everything tested out good no leaks no codes..

"Found machine with no power to the HMI. Pulled machine and tested the fuse , good and power in(115). Called office to see if the low voltage could be causing the issue, they had me call tech line. Tech line said this model would need to drop to 110 or lower to have an issue( other than longer cook times). Reseated the connection to the HMI and had customer apply power, machine functioning normally and making hot water. No error codes in diagnostics mode. Tech line suggested that we have the customer use the machine and let us know if it fails again."

"Installed new main control, UI and ref section thermister. Cooling came on. Cust will monitor"

"Customer had emergency pan , helped put machine in pan. Afterwards ran machine through diagnostics cycle, no abnormal movement but instructed customer that the pan was a little too small and could promote movement and off balanced loads."
