Questions
Before you book
You are based in Hopkins. Does that mean faster service here?
Our trucks route from Hopkins, so the inner southwest metro is well covered. Call and we will confirm the next available window for your address.
Which brands do you repair?
As Minnesota’s only Whirlpool Factory Certified Care Company, we specialize in Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Amana, and JennAir: washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, microwaves, refrigerators, and freezers.
Do you provide an appointment window and a heads-up before arrival?
Yes. You’ll get a call the day before your appointment and, if you’d like, a call when the technician is on the way, routed with scheduling software to keep arrival windows tight.
Can I get a part without a service call?
Often, yes. Our full-time parts department has over 40 years of experience and can help you get the right part. Give us a call to check availability.

Nate was fantastic. He quickly analyzed a complex problem: A dishwasher leaking from two different sources. He explained the fix and the costs. Most importantly, he assured us the fix would be worthwhile because we could rest easy knowing that the dishwasher would serve us well for a longer time to come after the repair. And that it would be a lot cheaper than buying a new dishwasher.
