"I ran diagnostics did not find any fault codes present and then ran a full test cycle. No issues at this time. Customer stated that it has been working, but also said that its sporadic when it does it I tipped washer and inspected capacitor actuator wiring. Everything look good ran it a few more times no issues instruct customer to call back in if it acts up again and well have our office order a control."

I Pulled wall oven microwave combo out and remove paneling to microwave install new inverter board along with Mag tube And ran a test cup of water to verify microwave is now functioning no error codes. Reassemble wall oven microwave combo and reinstall to cabinet. I then tested microwave again and verified working fine now. Will have my office finish collecting for remaining balance on service repairs. A total of $320.00 is due

"Check dryer over for issue where When set on sensor cycles, the dryer shuts off early. Instruct customer on how dryer cycles work and that the sensor bars are in the front so depending on load size and what dries the fastest if its in the front of drum and drys to fast then in the back could be damp or in the middle it will shut off early so if they want a specific time and everything to dry completely use time dry."

I like how you can track your service call appointment time through messaging. Dave was very thorough in trying to trouble shoot the problem I was having with a small amount of water that would drip from the water dispenser. Unfortunately or fortunately the water dispenser would not drip when he was here. The water dispenser is still dripping a small amount of water, but not with each use. While Dave was here, he took off the plastic that was under the handles on the refrigerator which I really appreciated. When my refrigerator was delivered, the plastic wrap was supposed to be taken off by the persons doing the delivery. I will keep monitoring the water dispenser and see if the drip will go away on its own. If not, I know will use your service again.
