Customer had experienced during part of cycle unit didnt clean dishes very well and there was water in tub. Ran diag cycle 2 times to test all functions. And tests went good. Ran a normal cycle and no issues there either. Tested voltage to components during wash cycle & all components check good. Rec customer continue to use for now and see if theres a full on failure. Also recommended she try to keep track of time during selected cycle.She will reach out if anything comes up.

"Ms pic.2 issues: 1) they have a seeping dual water inlet valve and wou,d need water W10408179. The ice door dies not close because the dispenser housing bracket for it is cracked and broken. See pics. Dispenser housing and dispenser are included in a new SS door, LW10439935. Office to see if this door is available to be made anymore and follow up with the customer.Customervto out a rag in the chute to stop warm air into the freezer .; ordrng 1 W19408179 (Water valve) and 1 Lw19439935 (SS freezer door)"

"Customer experienced unit just shut off at wash or spin part of cycle. He unplugged for a period of time and plugged back in to drain water.No codes stored in history, auto test checks good. When running a normal wash auto sensing is no working properly. Instead of spinning basket while filling to determine weight of load. Itll just fill. Also agitate should start before basket is done filling, instead it filled and took a couple of minutes to start agitating. Determined it is a software issue with control board. All other components tested good. Replaced control, calibrated & re tested on normal. All functions are now acting normal."
