Customer stated ice cream soft and not producing ice. The freezer is only getting down to 13 degrees and the low side is in a 15 inch vacuum. No sings of leaks in the back. Needs new evaporator coil. Quoted 275.00 labor.; ordrng 1 WP2188822 (Evaporator) and 1 Shipping and 1 WPW10143759 (Drier)

Pump sounded like it was locked up. Pulled off and pump very hot and nothing found restricting impeller so bad pump. Installed new pump and all checks out good and is working correctly with no issues. Office to bill.; used 1 WPW10605427 (Pump) from stock

Upon arrival found temps ok in fresh food section. Could not find any leaks with leak detector or bubbles. Found capillary tube sound deadening not in place. Adjusted tubing to prevent refrigerant noises. Advised to monitor temps.

Technitian did an incomplete analysis which proved to be incorrect and with some simple cleaning and reprogramming, could have corrected the problem. The problem was it was dirty, corroded and needed to be cleaned. He didn't figure that out. We did.
