Check washer over for issue with ui control not powering on and found that it would show hour glass symbol once but then go completely dead and not respond when trying to enter into diagnostics. Im ordering both controls and shipping directly to customer. Ill have my office reschedule with customer when parts are received by customer. Check fridge over for concerns about frosting and cooling and did find door gasket needing to be adjusted do to not sealing. Second issue as far as freezing properly these fridges are not garage ready and when temps are below 55 degrees consistently they will not freeze food. These fridges are recommended mostly for in a warm location like customers basement where are the temperatures consistently kept over 55? will not work in the garage on concrete non-insulated nonheated in the cold months starting in early September.

Pull freezer panel apart and replace evaporator fan motor and harness and verify that it is functioning. I did have to defrost and it looks like the heater harness fuse was open so new fan and harness should take care of cooling issues. Also dispenser auger motor was functioning so I did not feel the need to replace that part. Will have to see how it functions now that fan and harness are replaced.
