Unit is cycling and working as designed. Testing venting out found air flow restricted see pic of vent according on back of machine. Recommended having venting addressed.

Installed new parts. All working nominally.

Not operating properly as per customer. 02 suds code stored in history. Ran test cycle. Unit is taking longer than normal to drain .Removed drain pump catch and found bra pad blocking water flow. Removed pad & re tested. Unit is now operating properly and draining good.

Ice maker mold is broken not allowing ice maker to twist.Will need to order icemaker. Part is BO. Office order & xpart. Reschedule with customer when shipping date is known. ; ordrng 1 W11788019 (Icemaker)

"Replaced all parts ordered tested unit still got f7e3 error, checked under unit found shift actuator not in home position replaced shifter again tested unit still not shifting and giving error, verified wiring from control to shifter looks good cannot find any physical breaks in harness, checked with office ordering ACU and lower harness; used 1 W11481722 (Shift actuator) from stock"

"Customer had experienced no response from button inputs, no LEDs would light up.Entered diagnostics, all buttons & LEDs checked good. ran test cycle to check all functions and test cycle ran through without any issues. Recommended customer continue to use and reach out if any issues arise."

"Customer recently had been experiencing a leak behind kick panel of dishwasher. They removed kick panel to put tray under it so they could use for time being. Entered diagnostics and found 31 open thermistor. 34 wash motor failure, 66 inlet water cool water, 81 slow drain. Codes stored in history. Codes cleared & ran test cycle. After a few seconds of filling unit started dripping water Towards front. Was able to see with inspection mirror, small pinhole leaks from spot welds on element bracket. Stainless steel tub has lifetime warranty from purchase date. Will need tub & recommend replacing wash motor with it. Office will need to order tub (which is BO) & wash motor and reschedule with customer. Customer payed for service call for now until parts are located and return date is set. ; ordrng 1 Wpw10681507 (Tub assembly) and 1 Wpw10455261 (Wash motor.) and 1 Ship (Ship)"

"Customer has been experiencing intermittent touch panel issues with panel responding to power, pause, & more or less time adjustment. Second concern customer has is tapping noise while unit is running.Testing buttons some of them are not responding or are lagging in response. Entered diagnostics and found 21 code stored in history. Cleared code & power cycling at outlet seamed to help slightly with touch pad response. Ran cycle empty and can hear tapping noise.Removed top & spin drum by hand and can hear noise is coming from drum. Found front roller seam on drum has a big crack in it.Will need to order console & drum. Drum is showing BO try to xpart drum. office order parts & reschedule with customer.; ordrng 1 W10508188 (Drum) and 1 W11752165 (Console)"
