"Unit has water inlet temperature fault, has a door lock fault, user interface button stuck fault and locked rotor fault. Lid lock is functioning as are all buttons. Found oil all over underside of machine. Unit needs new gearcase. If customer wants repair W11393685 gearcase. Quoted 125 for labor."
