"Customer has been experiencing unit screeching in spin or rinse part of cycle.No codes stored. Ran spin test in manual test mode. Couldnt hear any out of ordinary noises.Tilted unit back and inspected bottom side. Found splutch material from engagement teeth rubbing. Also found piece of splutch has been rubbing on gearcase.Replaced cam & actuator calibrated & testedCustomer to monitor. If customer does experience issue again, will need to order gearcase W11454372. Before returning. ; used 1 W11481722 (ACTUATOR), and 1 W10721967 (CLUTCH/SPLUTCH KIT) from stock"

"Customer has experienced when starting cycle it goes from sense to done right after lid locks Entered diagnostics & ran auto test. Test checked ok noticed when draining before spin drain pipe on house side overflows onto floor, see picture. Replaced capacitor just to be safe. Customer to monitor & reach out if any issues arise."

Installed elements & tested. All checks good

Customer experienced an 84 code come up on display. She hasnt used since a few days ago.Entered diagnostics to find 84 code stored in history along with a 91 drain code.Cleared codes & ran auto test. While running test I removed kick panel and found plastic drain tube hold down was half way down the drain tube and nothing holding the drain tube into drain pump housing. (See photos) fixed issue as it was causing water to have a small spray pattern that would have shot into drip tray. Also adjusted water line & adjusted drain tube so theres an air gap under sink. Re tested after fixing all visible issues. Re tested and all components check good.

Customer experiencing water on floor after wash cycle.Tilted unit back & inspected for any possible leaks but none found. Put into manual test mode & filled tub. After filling ran drain pump and found floor drain over flowing & water settles in corner behind washer. Customer will need to have plumber out to address floor drain issue.

Installed parts calibrated unit was kicked out of calibration. But when shifting I could hear actuator clicking as & not getting fully into place. Replaced actuator & tested all components check good. ; used 1 W11481722 (ACTUATOR) from stock

"No codes tired in history, ran auto test, all components check good during auto test.After test cycle, normal cycle was run to see if I could recreate what customer was experiencing. But wash was normal & functioning properly.Unit checks good. Customer to monitor & reach out if any other issues."

"Customer experienced before unit stopped working, while in spin it was making a clicking or scraping noise possibly gear skipping. Now when started it drains then shuts off. Entered diagnostics, no codes stored in history. Ran auto test & when getting to wash, agitator will only spin one direction. Not both. After wash the shifter switched to spin and before basket would spin display popped up with f7e1 tach missing or wrong signal. Backed out of auto test & tried to clear code but display shut off before I could..Tried 3 different times to get back into diag but after 5-7 seconds of being on display would black out & shut down. Power cycled & was able to get back in to manual test shifter. Tilted unit back & can visually see Shifter is moving between spin & agitate. Will need to order ui & control. Send parts to tech for inspection before returning. Dey shows correct part# but wrong console on photo. ; ordrng 1 W11624938 (Acu) and 1 W11793906 (Ui) and 1 Sendtotech (Send to tech.)"

"Customer had done initial burn off when they moved in, then on 2nd & 3rd time they used it the breaker would trip thered reset it, and try again but breaker would trip again. Since then same thing happens every time.Set bake at 350, after about 20 second the breaker tripped, flipped breaker back on & tried again. & it tripped breaker within a few seconds. Pulled unit out & removed terminal cover. All connections look good. Removed ground wire & set temp to 475 let unit run for 20 minutes & it did not trip breaker. customer will continue to use & monitor. If it happens again we will need to order bake & broil elements before returning."

Installed door and door has no gap & gasket is making full contact all the way around.
