"Office to see notes and pics.Took pics of the door handke mounting screws being pulled out. Insect reflow tape to temporarily firm the handke up. Advised the 2 aides there when I left that they can only pull the drawer iut, not up and out, or the handle mounting screws angle up and damage the ho.e for themounting screws. This is a temporary remedy. And not warranted. The freezer door Woukd need to be Repkacec to remedy.It appears someone tried to repair the roller support bar for the freezer drawer, or they replaced the the top bin, and left the old roller support bar in the bottom of the freezer. This interfered with the drawer closing. Ice built up in the right d,ide rail amd they damaged part ofvthe left glide rail as a result. Both glide rails would need to be replaced. Office to look up,parts and offer an estimate to the customer.; saved tckt"

Customer described the sound as slurping through a straw coming from the back right hand side. From what he is describing is sounds like refrigerant noises at the evaporator. I adjusted the angle of the filter drier and straightened out the capillary tubing. Customer will monitor.

"Customer states dryer doesnt run, incoming voltage correct 240vac and neutral is present, removed back panel found all components check good hi limit, thermal fuse, thermal cut off, cycling thermostat and heater all have continuity, removed upper panel found start switch has continuity when pushed, checked door switch is good got down to motor no visible issues has power to motor, replaced motor from truck stock for testing purposes dryer still doesnt run wuth new motor removed new motor reinstalled old motor checked timer no visible damage or burn outs, unit needs timer gave customer estimate $495.68 total customer declined and paid trip charge"

Washer having continuous draining issue replaced control board tested unit found start button not working found plastic housing was broken so plastic part of push was missing put new control in old housing because its just plastic reinstalled and tested washer now its working properly all checks good

Ms pic.Replaced the manifold spray arm assembly.y. Tests good and Is staying in place.

Customer states washer wont start up it sounds like it tries to fill then goes to done found bad motor capacitor and underside of unit wet customer said they had a flood in the basement right before issue started seems motor capacitor likely got wet and thats what caused it to fail quoted new capacitor customer approved replaced capacitor tested unit all checks good washer is running and sounds good now; used 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) from stock

"Property manager states dryer making screeching noise heard screeching when running unit, disassembled found front two rollers seized and idler rolling poorly, rear two rollers in good shape amd spinning well and no frays in belt, quoted manager on two rollers and idler he approved replaced parts tested unit it sounds much better now"

The defrost drain was plugged up. I cleared the ice buildup and cleaned the drain tube.

"F8E1 error code. Water line possibly frozen. Was able to get hot water flow through line. Cleared code and tested unit with no issues, no leaks, and no errors."
