"Check over unit open back panel and panel to tblock all wires are tight and good same with board on the top, found plug to out let is not flush in bc of trim, I put my foot on it and still cant get a flush tight connection, she will call landlord and have that fix but after that if she still have problems I would order her a new control board.."

No error codes. Leaking quickly in cycle from diverter. Replaced sump and left old part with customer. Testing operation all test good no leaks.

Ma pic.I found 2ice cubes www stuck in the icemaker and removed them. It advanced and filled with water completely.The dispenser water pressure is low. I heat treated the water reservoir and removed the water filter. Neither improved the water pressure at the dispenser. Talked with the customer and they have had the same pressure since they moved in 1 year ago. Declined any repairs for water pressure at this time.Collected $189 on card approval number 486 307 1300.

Found bad water filter. Advised cust.

Tested operation all test good. Not seeing any leaks. Code for incoming water temp code. Erased. Not replicating any issue with interface. Customer will monitor operation. All test good no leaks.
