Check washer over for odd noise during wash cycle and found underneath between belt guard a wire plastic coated part of cat toy had gotten inside guard and I believe this is the cause of noise. Ran Diagnostics and verified no unusual sounds at this time.

"Cust concern surface getting hot on edge and door getting hot. Checked oven temps ok. Checked oven insulation in proper position, cycled oven to calibrate. Advised cust on unit operation and oven cycling. Advised cust always treat range as if all surfaces are hot. Unit working normally."

Check dishwasher over for issue with console not responding and unit had 120 volts to junction box underneath. Found ui would not respond and will need to be replaced. Ordering part and need office to reschedule with customer. Part will ship directly to customer.; ordrng 1 W11368911 (Ui control)

Check washer for fault codes and found one for out of balance. Connect washer to WiFi and finely got app straightened out and linked up to washer. Check fridge over for cooling issue in fresh food section and found air dampener not opening by control but would function during diagnostics. Power cycled unit and still dampener would not open. Replace part and now it is functioning properly. If customer calls back with same issue then next step would be control board WPW10317076.; used 1 WPW10594329 (Damper) from stock
