"Check washer over for issue with not spinning out cloths and renter has to run a spin and drain cycle. I ran diagnostics and their were no error codes present and it past diagnostics. I then ran a quick cycle all the way through and it spun and drained. Customer had stated it work since last year when I reset control to now and then started doing the same thing. I left a voicemail with owner about replacing the control board. If that is something they wanna do at this point Im not sure, but that would be my next step. Left a message to just let us know which way they wanna go.; O-emld tckt"
