Aaron was great but our washer is still not fixed. still acting up for almost 2 months. Tried to call back after the last attempt at a repair after many attempts and customer service was not helpful and said they would talk to Aaron and get back to us. They never did. Still have machine that doesn’t work correctly and so angry about it.
Hi Stacey- this is all thru your 3rd party warranty- We have not been contacted at all or would have set up a new call to look at it- They have to generate that service ticket if you can reach out to them-
