Check washer over for issue with shutting down in mid cycle and is showing fault code f4e1 indicating a heater fault. Cannot access washer at this time do to in a closet in bathroom and sink is in the way and dryer needs to be removed to get washer out. Customer is going to come up with a plan for that and Im ordering both control and heater. Need office to reschedule and allow two time slots.; ordrng 1 W11550649 (Control) and 1 W11549460 (Heater)
