Check dryer over for issue with tripping breaker on a new construction modular home and found four wire power cord neutral had not been removed from ground lug and was connected with ground wire. Remove and connect to terminal bar and now dryer is functioning correctly without tripping breaker.

Check fridge temps and freezer was right on at 0 degrees and fresh food section was 39 degrees but control was set to 33 degrees. Ran diagnostics and verified air dampner is functioning properly and defrost heater is working properly. Had customers put a thermometer in a glass of water and they will monitor for a few days and call back if still not cooling in fresh food section to set temp. Left set at 35 degrees.
