Appliance Repair in Cottage Grove

Customer experiencing not finishing cycles. Ran calibration and tested with towel load. Advanced fully through cycle now. Talked about rinse options and load balance.

Damper was not opening power to damper. Replaced Defuser damper now opening and closing properly

Power to igniter not glowing. Replaced igniter now working on bake and broil; ordrng 1 Ship

Loud noise in operation. Inspected rollers and pulley look good. Noise coming from blower and motor. Blower metal sleeve seperated from plastic. Will need motor and blower.; ordrng 1 W11549461 (Motor) and 1 WP697772 (Blower)

Customer experiencing issues with washer quitting on cycle. Checked basket all the holes going through fully. Suspension looks good. Ran a calibration after calibration tested with towel load everything test good no leaks.

"Ms pic. Customer is using 2 separate breakers and Customer claims the unit keeps tripping noth breakers. Today it was running on an extension cord to the counter outlet on the other side of the range. I ran a defrost cycle without it tripping a breaker. The husband unplugged it from that outlet before checking the breaker box. With it unplugged , the breaker tripped while we were looking at the breaker, so the refrigerator is Not the cause of it.The outlet behind the refrigerator also has the room next to it and in between outlets on that circuit. Issue is the family is over leading the circuits. They shoukd get someone with a circuit tracer to determine exact.y which outlets are on what circuits, then avoid using the other ones thwt the refrigerator is on, or see if an electrician can increase the amperage to whatever circuit the refrigerator is eventually p,urged into."

Replaced sump motor assembly. Ran diagnostic cycle now pumping. All test good no leaks.

"Customer getting lf code can usually get through quick wash. Stalls out with message lf on other cycles. F8E1 code stored. Checked in diagnostics lower water pressure cold valve. Good water pressure to washer through hose. Pic taken of Preexsisting leaking issue with hot water valve behind washer has funnel system to catch drips. If issue persist would want to replace cold valve W11688995 97.25, ship 17.500, trip diagnostic 145.00, labor 125.00, stacked would need additional tech to take down dryer 145.00. Total to replace washer cold fill valve 539.36. Collected on trip diagnostic."

"Stuck keypad error code, replaced user interface all test good. Pics taken of install and shared with customer. There are metal brackets that hold the board that supports the oven in. On right side secure. Pic of leftside board is not secure and is not supporting oven. Showed customer pics and talked about. No mounting screws installed. All these issues previously discussed in Nov 2025."

Frozen items in rc not limited to top shelf and back wall. Found in diagnostics damper was not closing properly. Dislodged and closed but likley will happen again. Ordering Defuser damper assembly.; ordrng 1 W11629068 (Defuser damper)
