Deli drawer flooded and damaged wiring and control. Replaced fan motor today to get unit functional again. Ordering deli drawer door to replace, office to order and follow up for reschedule when part ships. Unit should cool and work fine until we can get door replaced. Customer stated bread in the freezer seemed extremely hard so she thought there was an issue. She ended up moving the thermostat and now bread is slightly soft. When I arrived the thermostat was set on 3 instead of the recommended 4. I moved it back to the recommended setting and it kicked on. I instructed her on how to operate the thermostat in the freezer and the damper in the fresh food.
