Appliance Repair in Cloquet

Went through washer and found fault code f7e4 indicating an issue with basket engagement. I seen a video from customer where it kept activating shifter back and fourth. I pulled rotor and inspected slider and wiring but didnt find an issue. I reset the control and cleared fault code and retested but it came back once. Im ordering control board and shipping directly to customer and will have office reschedule with customer .; ordrng 1 W11797454 (Control)

I replaced acu control board and ran temp up to 475 degree without any further issues at this time.

Check fridge over for issue with a ticking noise coming from down below but is stopping when I just started to inspect where sound was coming from and at this time I wasnt able to determine a cause. I ran diagnostics and tested all components but did not hear a ticking sound again. Customer had a video of the sound so I uploaded to our office to send into kitchenaid.

Wrong harness received for acu and ui and have to reorder part. I went through different harnesss and searched for pictures to match up to original harness and believe this one Im ordering is correct. Im also ordering another acu because I dont believe its a harness issue and tech line thinks it is harness.; ordrng 1 W11038116 (Harness) and 1 W11557801 (Acu)

SR#24446653Went through range and verified 208 volts to range and it keeps showing error code f1e1 indicating voltage issues. Service pointer says to update software but these units dont have WiFi and my programmer wont connect or power up. Called tech line and they recommended replacing acu control. Replace failed sump motor assembly and also found inner tub float was broken at the bottom of plastic post. Im ordering a replacement and shipping directly to customer and they can install themselves. Washer is functioning with new sump assembly.; ordrng 1 W11814886 (Float)

Install new replacement ui control do to same ongoing issue where control wont respond and no display. Ive test new control and verified working fine now.

SR#24312314I called tech line and spoke with Andrew about this washer dryer combo showing f6e3 error code and wont function at all and this has happened to both their washers That are sitting side-by-side on separate outlets and separate drains. Both have had the ACU replaced twice NU eyes have also been replaced. Both have had this issue at different times and I verified proper voltage and polarity of outlets. I also talked with customer and they have from State Farm this monitor called Ting that watches for voltage issues and they have not had any issues with this house being new construction. I also owned out the staters and both machines they were running 13.3 homes and I did not see any issues with wire harms but Andrew @Whirlpool Tech line request requested that I replace the upper harness and believes theres some kind of communication issue or possibly with the house voltage sign wave signal or something to that effect. I also reach Another department for engineering and they are going to send the information of the line and see what they can find out.; ordrng 1 W11318752 (Upper harness)

Replace control do to sporadic operation when pressing buttons it wasnt responding but later on it started to function and customer had power cycled at breaker before without any change in turning on. I ran a diagnostics test after new control and at this time dishwasher is working properly.
