"Went to office couldnt get in then waited for someone to let me in and saw office is close, so I went to the unit lucky tenant was home he let me in we test the dryer found out that the vent is clog up, he said someone maybe maintenance guy clean vent out already, but if fail my air meter test, so I tried to undo vent to bypass and do the air reading again without the vent, as I pulled vent out water starts to poor out from vent I showed tenant about water, then I showed tenant how I ran the air flow meter again without the vent on and it pass so definitely dryer is working fine vent just need to be professionally clean out or maintenance guy have to go deeper and longer into vent tube.."

Jared was great, excellent service. However, shortly after he fixed our fridge the drawer broke, or at least we noticed it was broken, as the electronics on it didn’t work. I called this place to ask because not only that the lights worked in the freezer too when Jared was here but then went out the next day. None of that is covered by this company because we had only the compressor fixed and I was told to call the manufacturer. Yeah, thanks, pretty sure the drawer wasn’t broken before, Again, our tech was great, but the company didn’t help when the next thing broke. Guess we get a new fridge soon
Hi Renee- Doing the compressor replacement when the unit is not cooling is back behind the fridge- We would not even deal with the drawers on that model- That issue can happen yes. Would just be due to the age of the unit- I checked the phone records and don't have any calls or texts to follow up- We would look at the other issue no problem- I'm sure it would need a wire harness for that issue on that door - We would be happy to come back and take a look if needed- Tim
