"Ran machine through diagnostics cycle, during agitation the whole tub moved instead of the agitator. Checked under the machine and found that the actuator arm was broken. Replaced actuator with truck stock. Ran machine through diagnostics cycle again, completed cycle normally. Collected for job in full.; used 1 W10913953 (Actuator) from stock"

"Removed cover after unplugging, after reseating plug I had correct power at the block. After turning on any element lost half the power at the block. After reseating plug again got power back. Checked the outlet and found arcing marks on one side of the plug. Used file to clean up plug and partially plugged in outlet and found the the machine is working properly. Explained to customer that the outlet needs to be replaced but it will work as is for now."
