I could have sworn, Ryan has been out for multiple appliances here at our home. He is awesome and gets it working again in no time! Great employee there!

The technician was very efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I give him a 5 stars. Unfortunately Tim or Tom the customer service/dispatcher on the phone gets 1 or 2 stars. Also, I suggest that your company allow us to reach you after 4:30 pm by text message or email to let you know of our availability. I clicked rescheduled thinking I could modify the hours that day but the system postponed the appointment by a week. I was scheduled between noon and 4 pm and that meant to take time off from work. So I just wanted to make sure the technician arrive after 1 pm but Tim seemed to find that too much to ask .... So, until about 2 pm I still didn't know if he kept us on the schedule. Finally with the help of my husband and another customer rep, we were told we were put back on that day's schedule.
