Resets breaker and will work but trips overnight. Has even reset the oven and not used it and then it will still trip overnight. Reset breaker. Pulled out and checked connections in the junction box and they look good and are tight. Customer going to run burn off to eliminate element moisture. If still issues after that then advised replacing the breaker.

The technician was very efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I give him a 5 stars.
Unfortunately Tim or Tom the customer service/dispatcher on the phone gets 1 or 2 stars.
Also, I suggest that your company allow us to reach you after 4:30 pm by text message or email to let you know of our availability. I clicked rescheduled thinking I could modify the hours that day but the system postponed the appointment by a week.
I was scheduled between noon and 4 pm and that meant to take time off from work. So I just wanted to make sure the technician arrive after 1 pm but Tim seemed to find that too much to ask ....
So, until about 2 pm I still didn't know if he kept us on the schedule. Finally with the help of my husband and another customer rep, we were told we were put back on that day's schedule.
Thanks for the review- We are happy to hear Ryan was able to take care of things- You can text or email us 24/7 for service if you didnt know- You are not able to reschedule the daily routes as we are covering large areas that don't always allow us the ability to modify routes during the day. We do our best to fit everyone in
