Customer showed me a couple videos of the washer making noise in the spin cycle. It sounds like either the drawer on the pedestal knocking or the drain hose in back slapping against the washer. I ran a load with heavy towels and it went through without issue. All components checked out perfect today. The washer likely got off balance and caused the noise.
