"Getting f1e5 error code quick into microwave call for heat. Continuity at magnetron between terminals 0.5 ohms. No short between mag housing and terminal. No burnt connection. Inside where magnetron probe sits looks good. On a call for heat is sending 120 volts briefly to inverter before error code shows up. All connections in place. When microwave door opened light coming on and turning off when closed. Went over findings with techline and ran more test. Techline recommending replacing appliance manager microwave. Talked with customer about error code is possible we would still need mag and inverter. Also have seen where harness needs to be replaced as well. All test for microwave F1E51 have passed now we would have to put parts in in the order the error code recommends. Possible cost could be up to 1073.26. If appliance manager,mag,inverter and harness are needed. Declined further repair."

Found faulty cap and control customer under warranty and scheduled for Wednesday ; ordrng 1 W11395618 (Cap) and 1 W11567712 (Control)

Found gearcase shaft dropped causing issue with running and valve error for temp thermistor quoted customer to buy new

Unit wasnt level causing bottom to vibrate on ground leveled and tested customer to monitor

"Installed new agitator and new hub assembly. Ran unit with lid open, all checks good with no leaks observed during testing."
