Customer has been experiencing some small grease(balls almost like grease cover paper) at bottom of basket after load is finished washing. Also has been making loud rumbling noise when in spin. Put unit into diagnostics and ran test cycle. Can hear gearcase rumbling while in spin & slider did miss engagement with rotor. Was able to remove wash plate. Tilted unit back and can see gearcase has leaks some oil onto rotor and slide rotor bolt did come out. Will need to order following parts to get washer back to working condition. ; ordrng 1 W11449841 (Gearcase.) and 1 W10734521 (Slider.) and 1 W11260238 (Rotor.)

Arrived and customer said unit in not producing Ice and also not cooling in FC & RC. Customer said last temp was 40* & rising in RC. the Fridge has also been unplugged the last day or two.Plugged unit in and entered diagnostics all components are checking good in test mode. Installed door gaskets while waiting on hold with TL. Tech line recommends having unit plugged in 24-48 hours before returning for diag. Case# 24541820Customer will monitor for now.; schdld next appmnt for 8/14 FRI !
