"Cust getting a smell from ref interior, though it was refrigerant. Temps in ref and freezer good, no sign of a leak. Told cust about airflow and temps, all ops good"

"Tested machine, started up with no issues. Heating normally. Tested machine on other settings, all appear to be normal."

Found machine not responding to inputs except for the start button. At first the display stayed black but when it was illuminated only half the lights came on. Ordered HMI. ; ordrng 1 W11368911 (HMI) and 1 Shiptotech (Ship to tech)

"Upon arrival the water dispenser didnt dispense. Removed the filter and tested again, still not dispensing. Moved out machine and straightened out the fill hose. Checked power to the valve after reseating the connection, started working. Tested a few more times and it was working perfectly. Tried moving the door and the filter to get it to fail, functioning normally. Possibly a pulled pin at the valve but I cant confirm now that its working properly. Customer will call back if it stops dispensing again"
