Customer stated temps fluctuating in the freezer from 0 to 44. When I arrived the unit was cycled off and freezer temp was 19. The refrigerator is in a heated garage with the temp set to 45. I informed her minimum air temp needs to be 55 degrees for it to cool properly.

Installed new freezer door rails. Door now closing and sealing properly

"Freezer door not closing fully, gap between seal and cabinet causing ice and frost buildup in freezer. Removed door and bins and found screw in rail backing out. Tightened screws and removed ice and frost. Reassembled, door now closing and sealing properly.
