They did do some staining in the garage off the laundry. Looking like likely related to fumes interacting with gas dryer. No danger, just a smell. I thought my whole experience with Twin Cities appliance was excellent. I was always kept updated on when Dennis would arrive. Of course knowing that whirlpool was covering the cost helped make it a pleasant experience!
Dennis called before he showed up like you guys said he would. He was very engaging and informative about the issue with Whirlpool. Nothing but a pleasant experience with Dennis. My only suggestion is thst you use a different picture of Dennis on your email! It looks like a mug shot!
In the future, I plan on using you guys for our appliance repair needs.

Then he came by and fixed the fridge, with everything executed exactly as Dennis explained. Very easy and appreciate the transparency.

Nate knew a lot about the working of my new Whirlpool induction stove. I had done everything possible to get help from the Whirlpool company. Their written & online instructions left much to be desired! Even talking to their customer suppport lline was worthless! The best thing they did was send Nate out to remedy the situation! Nate had had experience with this stove from having gone to many homes experiencing similar problems to mine, Unfortunately, if their instructions, customer support line, etc. provided clearer, more thorough directions, I would not have wasted MANY frustrating hours trying to make it work, OR trying to find a way to contact customer support! Neither would Nate have to waste his time teaching owners how to use the stove!!
Thank you, Nate, for your patience & sharing your expertise gotten by learning how to use it by trial & error on many probably avoidable service calls!
