Display illuminated but blank does respond to touch and can get unit to start just cant see what have selected and buttons for lights and hood fan have to be pressed multiple times or certain way to get to function would need listed parts which are no longer available so unit is unrepairable at this point 8206049 switch board W10115584 lcd screen W10115588 ui cntrl

Installed new control in the unit. Tested the bake and all checks good and heating with no issues.

"Customer reports that washer is making noises when it first starts a cycle. The noises are banging in the pipes when the water turns on and shuts off. Advised customer that modern washers pulse the water many times while filling and that using water hammer arrestors may help to minimize the water hammer effect. No other issues, all ops ok."

Installed sump & motor that was ordered. Unable to test until unit is hooked back up. Advised customer if there are any other issues to call.

No heat from bake. Bake element ohms out good. Tested from board and voltage is not passing through the bake relay. Will need new control to restore oven heat. Customer paid in full for the repair.; ordrng 1 WP74009716 (Control)
