I thought my whole experience with Twin Cities appliance was excellent. I was always kept updated on when Dennis would arrive. Of course knowing that whirlpool was covering the cost helped make it a pleasant experience!
Dennis called before he showed up like you guys said he would. He was very engaging and informative about the issue with Whirlpool. Nothing but a pleasant experience with Dennis. My only suggestion is thst you use a different picture of Dennis on your email! It looks like a mug shot!
In the future, I plan on using you guys for our appliance repair needs.
