Customer stated a single bang and a noise which sounds like a mosquito. He stated it usually does it every day but today it hasnt. All components tested good in diagnostics. Customer will try to get a recording of the noise.

Drain pump runs continuously when powered on. Replaced board and recalibrated unit. Tested unit with no errors.

"The fresh food Evap is frozen and most of the leds are out. Needs new drain pan kit, evaporator fan motor and led kit. Labor for the drain pan is covered under s code. Customer paid in full.; ordrng 1 W11087438 (Fan motor) and 1 W11457241 (Drain pan) and 1 W11683243 (Led kit) and 1 Shiptotech"
