Having super people on the phones triaging what my appliance might need, then overnighting the most likely parts needed to my home tremendously cuts down on the chances of having to have multiple service calls to repair something. I love being able to 'follow' the serviceman's workload so I don't have to sit around waiting for hours! My serviceman was knowledgeable and adept and had the repair done as quickly and completely as possible. Twin CIties Appliance will always be my GO TO repair service!
