"Dryer passed the airflow test. Tested dryer heat, and it has good heat. Showed customer how to turn off the eco boost. I also showed her how to turn up the dryness, and temperature setting. This should help her cloths dry faster."

My service tech was great, but someone dropped the ball and that was just ignored. My initial appointment was on the 7th, but one of the parts appeared damaged and he didn't want to put in in (great!). He told me it would take a couple days to get a new part... (a couple days for a good part, worth it) TWO Weeks later I called since I hadn't heard anything and all I got was a "so let's get you scheduled... with the approaching storm it will have to be next week" (sigh) So 3 weeks and an extra part run by the tech later and my microwave works. 5 stars for the tech, 1 star for the clerical = 3 stars
