"Customer never received the clip. Replaced the console, tested machine, functioning properly. Noticed that the feet werent level causing the door to bump on one side. Adjusted feet. Explained to customer how to install the clip, they are comfortable installing the clip when it arrives. Called office and they said we would send a clip.; ordrng 1 W11627535 (Clip)"
