Customer stated bad odor in the refrigerator and not cooling properly. They noticed frost on the back wall of the freezer and there was water under the fridge after shutting it down. This indicates they had a defrost issue and something mustve spoiled in the refrigerator. The heater is drawing proper amperage in diagnostics. Needs new control and user interface.
