Used heat to make lower seal to close gap.

"Replaced control board, still not heating but got different readings from testing power at the element. Called tech line (Sr7738751064) and after testing power at the board it was determined that there is a power drop with load. Tested power at the junction box and had 120 on black to neutral but 25 red to neutral. Explained to customer that there is a problem with neutral most likely at the breaker box. Customer will have an electrician look at the circuit and will call us back if theres still any issues."
