"Replaced ACU tested unit still getting clicking repeatedly and no status LED on new board started unplugging components from board until clicking stopped found clicking does not happen with lid lock unplugged but still no status LED called commercial techline ran through issue with them it seems the lid lock has shorted out and killed the old ACU which has also killed the new one, per techline ordering lid lock and ACU to replace simultaneously, building maintenance off site called to confirm estimate update he approved ordering parts ; ordrng 1 WPW10482836 (Lid lock) and 1 W11831578 (ACU)"

the repair process went smoothly and trent was t and pleasant to work with! kudos!
my fridge does seem to be a bit louder now than it was before tho. the freezer is back to a more secure state, but i never paid attention to the sound of the motor before which seems louder now than it was. maybe i just got attuned to being sure the freezer was holding its own so i started checking on it-- honestly i do not know. i always considered the fridge to be quieter than most before but that is not the case now. it doesn't sound like there is some sort of disturbance in process like it did before replacing the part but it doesn't seem to operate as quietly as it did before either.
i am not worried about the freezer being a little off point tho. all frozen items seem securely frozen which is a good improvement!
