"Customer experiencing unit no starting and display shows lid must be closed. Inspected lid switch and found side tabs that hold it to top panel has been broken. Tried lid lock in component activation but no response. Replaced broken lid switch with part from truck stock. Tested and lid is still having same issue.Looked at pointer for lid lock/ unlock issue but nothing pertains to this issue.Called TL & documented.
