"The hub was completely stripped. The gearcase also showed signs of being stripped. I told the customer this. She still wanted the hub to be replaced. After replacing the hub, I ran a quick diagnostics cycle, everything worked.; used 1 W10528947 ( Hub) from stock"

Showed up in a town 209 miles away from me. Causing a reschedule. Then reschedule day was not the same as told.
We are sorry Whirlpool sent us your old address and that was not caught,. We did not end up getting the return call for service. We can help with service is that is still needed
