Hung was courteous and pleasant. He checked oven temp issues with my Kitchenaid double oven. He asked me a few questions and tested both ovens. The result was a dead circuit board. No replacements are available due to age of unit. He charged me the basic service charge, but nothing else because he said he couldn’t fix it. I’ll be buying a new double oven. Hung is an excellent Service Technician. Thank you.
