Installed parts & ui is now getting power. Adjusted RC to 36 & FC to 0. Ran harvest cycle on ice maker & all checks good.

"Customer experiencing unit not powering on. Voltage at outlet & terminals check good. Removed console & found connector for thermistors was not plugged in, causing insufficient voltage at acu power connector.Plugged in connector and tested. Unit is now running and heating."

Handle set screw just needed to be tightened. Also answered questions they had about dryer lint screen cleaning & dishwasher use.

"Customer has experienced water on floor during two separate loads and load sizes. Customer is unsure of leak location. Entered diagnostics, 07 unbalanced load code stored in history. Code cleared & ran auto test. Test checks good inspected unit top to bottom & found no signs of leaks. There is a small puddle under right front leveling foot. Inside of chassis shows no signs of water stains or water leak. Pressure hose checks good and is attached properly. Filled entire tub with water and let sit and drain. No leaks or signs of previously leaking found. Customer will monitor and try to capture video if it happens again & is coming from washer."

"Unit is having intermittent user interface response. Was able to get into diagnostics and can see there is a 62 comm code stored. Voltages from acu are intermittent & voltage filter checks good. Will need to replace ui & acu as a pair. Cody, maint tech wants estimate sent. he said they will most likely replace unit.; ordrng 1 W11325580 (Ui) and 1 W11322879 (Acu) and 1 Ship (Ship)"
