Install all parts ordered and run calibration cycle and a full test cycle and washer is now functioning properly.

"Check washer over for issue with not advancing wash cycle and found failed motor capacitor and leaking gearcase and will need to be rebuilt. Need to replace gearcase , capacitor, clutch, belt, actuator and need office to get warranty approval and reschedule with customer.; ordrng 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) and 1 W11449840 (Gearcase) and 1 W11481722 (Actuator) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W10721967 (Clutch)"

Check fridge over for issue with frost all over in freezer and some ice build up around evaporator fan blade was causing noise issue. Customer had already defrosted and defrost heater had melted the rest. I inspected fan and verified gaskets are sealing and defrost heater is functioning properly.

SR#7737147837Went through temps in fridge and fresh food was running low thirtys and set temp was at 41 degrees. Freezer was right on at zero degrees. Ohmed out fresh food thermistor well it was in a glass of ice water and it was within factory specs. Called tech line and went over everything that Ive replaced and what has been happening and during testing noticed not much ice in bucket and found bail arm locked in up position and per tech line was causing fan to keep running and over cool fresh food compartment. Dropped bail arm and now ice maker can make ice. Customer doesnt use so showed how to shut off at ui control and instruct to monitor temps for several days to see if this fixs issues per factory tech line.

Install new element and test and verify now functioning properly.
