"Loud grinding noise when washer would start the spin cycle. Inspect underneath washer for any signs of clutch failure and found some signs of particles from plastic gear. Replace clutch assembly and shift actuator and run a calibration cycle and multiple test cycles. Everything checks out ok now but customer will have to do a few loads and let us know if still a problem.; used 1 W11481722 (Actuator), and 1 W10721967 (Clutch) from stock"

Replace sump assembly do to a faulty diverter motor and run a diagnostics cycle and dishwasher is now functioning properly.; used 1 W11416362 (Sump) from stock

Replace failed motor capacitor that was preventing wash cycle from running. Run test cycle and verify unit is is working properly now.; used 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) from stock

Check dryer over for a high pitch and it sounds like possibly a roller. Pull dryer apart and clean out inside and lube rollers slightly and reassembled unit and high pitch seems to be gone now.

Install new gearbox and run calibration cycle and a full diagnostics run and washer is working properly.
