No cooling due to a bad compressor start relay. Installed new start device and the compressor kicked on. Customer will monitor temperature.; used 1 W10613606 (Start device) from stock

The range is in a vacant unit and has never worked since day one. I found a loose wire at the terminal block. Operation tested good after connecting the wire.

"Customer had the receipt for the oven. The center igniter looks weak. Its sparking to the side, and not up. Ordering center igniter, and oval burner. Send parts to customer. Parts not in stock. Office to follow up for return date.; ordrng 1 W11475513 (Oval burner) and 1 W11666003 (Center igniter)"

Customer stated temps fluctuating in the freezer from 0 to 44. When I arrived the unit was cycled off and freezer temp was 19. The refrigerator is in a heated garage with the temp set to 45. I informed her minimum air temp needs to be 55 degrees for it to cool properly.
