"Check washer over for issue with loud noise when agitator is rotating. Inspect underneath and found clutch assembly had stripped out. Also hub was worn and need replacing. Install all parts listed and ran calibration cycle and full diagnostics test and washer is functioning properly now.; used 1 W11481722 (Actuator), 1 W10721967 (Clutch kit), and 1 W10528947 (Hub) from stock"

Did not install do to stripped threads on bottom cabinet mounts and customer will attempt to repair before installing new legs.

Washer shaking and found stripped threads on leg levelers. Ordering 4 new legs and customer will install.; ordrng 4 W10888529 (Leg levelers)s

Ordering replacement felt door seal that is missing and will need are office to reschedule with customer.; ordrng 1 WP3387242 (Felt strip)

Check washer over for issue with not spinning out a load and everything was wet. Ran diagnostics and found fault code f0e9 indicating an out of balance load and washer had refilled and drained several times trying to balance out and customer was concerned. Inspect unit and ran calibration cycle and full diagnostics cycle with out any issues. Instructed customer why it kept refilling do to balance issue.
