"Replaced control board, still not heating but got different readings from testing power at the element. Called tech line (Sr7738751064) and after testing power at the board it was determined that there is a power drop with load. Tested power at the junction box and had 120 on black to neutral but 25 red to neutral. Explained to customer that there is a problem with neutral most likely at the breaker box. Customer will have an electrician look at the circuit and will call us back if theres still any issues."

Found unit has no heat. Checked and found unit only has 120v not 240. Cust needs electrician.

"Found the blower wheel loose from the nut that secures it to the motor. Had to cut blower wheel off and was able to remove the nut. Replaced blower wheel and tested, no abnormal noises.; used 1 WP697772 (Blower wheel) from stock"

Found condensation on horizontal mullion. Pulled unit out onto sliders. Disconnected condenser fan motor. Let comp run for 30 min w/o fan. Not getting heat into Yoder loop to keep mullion from building condensation. Called techline to document. Yoder loop pulled away from mullion in cabinet. Advised cust. Techline sending for PEX.
