Installed new motor in the unit and ran through recalibration and auto test. Both went through with no issues. Customer going to run some loads today and see how it goes.

Found broken neutral wire at the top of the tub in the wire harness. When tub filled would move enough to pull wires apart and then pump wouldnt run. Repaired harness and all checks out good. Any further issues and will need to replace the harness.

Installed drain pump that was ordered.

"Customer reports that washer is still not draining. Tech tested machine with a load of customers towels. Washer performed ok, spun and drained the load ok. Possible intermittent issue with drain pump. Ordering drain pump.; ordrng 1 W10876600 (Drain pump)"

"Customer reports that fridge is not able to be leveled properly. Pushed fridge back into the hole and leveled unit. It is still not level to the builders satisfaction. Tech advised this is the best that can be done with this fridge as we are out of adjustment on the leveling legs, left leg is cranked down all the way."
