"Ms pic and of the water leaking.The washer is level.There is dried water residue under the hot water supply line to the washerThe customer said she tightened the water valve connections amid remedied that leak. No codes and no leaks in auto diagnostics. 8in manual diagnostics,water I filled the was her with 2 minutes each of hot and cold water.. there was no moisture around the water valve. In the drain cycle I took a picture of the drain water leaking from the drain hose where it goes into an extension drain tube that goes into a standpipe. Because the drain extension is higher than the washer drain hose, the leaking water runs down the outside of the drain hose and drops onto the floor. The clamp connections the hoses is tight. The customer may need to piece of copper piece of copper to reinforce this connection of hoses. The washer tests good. Customer said it was not that leak and that one is fine with her. She started a cycle with clothes. No leaks were seen for the first part of the cycle.I explained an unevenly balanced load will make the tub angle in the spin cycle. This can cause water to bounce off the top of the tub and run down the outside of the tub onto the floor."
