Our technician was very helpful and fixed our problem as soon as he was able to get the part for it the oven. I wish there was a way to be able to tell the technician ahead of time what the name and serial number of the oven is and what we thought was the problem. We thought it was the igniter switch and that was exactly what it was. We had to wait an additional week to get it repaired. It is working really well now and it is so nice to have our oven working again. Thank you.

Andrew gave great friendly service! However My Whirlpool Electric Range is running HOT and still does not cook food evenly in the Oven. Was suggested to cook at lower temps and longer times. The Service was fabulous!! The Oven/Range is NOT!!
