Ryan was good to work seemed very knowledgeable. However I had another guy come out twice before and company had to come out a total of 4 times to replace an ice machine. Then they charged me for a plastic sleeve for the ice maker that the first guy took with him from the original ice maker and lied and said it wasn’t there. Then they said they were gonna reimburse me for it and I have not heard back. Please let me know when or if your gonna reimburse me.
We made the correction on the flapper arm right after Ryan left back on 2/26. The credit was issued at 8:30 am to your credit card
