Conformed the excess frost build up had not returned since last it. Replaced the ore charged high voltage board and UI that were included in the kit. Tests good and is cooling. I left the unit out far naughty not to pinch the lactic water line behind it. I showed the customer where the water line comes through the floor so they will not push it back further.

TC Appliance did a wonderful and professional job servicing my refrigerator problem. Jay, the technician, was capable, personable, and knowledgeable. The appointment app tracking when, Jay, would arrive was very convenient and considerate of our busy schedules. My entire experience with TC Appliance from scheduling, service, and cost was reminiscent of how customer service used to be; helpful, respectful, and fair.
