"Unable to recreate the issue today. Customer getting some frosting in the freezer and the door alarm going off. Tested all of the door switches and all are operating good and responding quickly and consistently. No restrictions on the rails or the doors that would keep them from closing. Customer going to open and close door one at a time when comes back up. If light goes away after doing one of the boards then will need that door switch. If opens and closes all three doors and light is still on will need new rear control. Also getting waxy residue on the gaskets, unclear what that is or what would cause that."

Damper making noise part at Waterloo customer scheduled for Wednesday. ; ordrng 1 WPW10479155 (Damper)

Customer not able to make it gave access to home but dogs are not happy about it need to reschedule
