Checked washer for leaks. None found. Ran test cycle. Found water backing up floor drain under machine. Advise cust needs a plumber.

Found door completely disassembled. Reassembled door and replaced broken glass.

"Checked ice bin, frozen only at the bottom not the top. Tested the ice door, opened and closed normally (didnt see any gaps). Tested ice maker, harvested and filled normally. Customer stated they never empty the bin. I suggested that they empty the bin at least once or twice a month. If issue comes back after proper upkeep please preorder the ice maker dispenser door(W11678832)."

"Replaced orifice holder, no change. Ordered the valve.part not in stock on Dey. Please follow up with customer on return visit. Plan on swapping the orifice holder back so that the customer isnt paying for the wrong part.; ordrng 1 W11241561 (Valve)"

"Found machine partially taken apart. There is some obvious damage to the back cover(W11486091), the cabinet (W10596395), the brace(W11712680), the top(W11210992), the console cover(W10409320) and I would also recommend replacing the suspension (W11217817). Wasnt comfortable testing machine as is so there might be some other issues. If repair is authorized please set as a 2 person 2 count call at least.; O-emld tckt"
